📋Overview & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 20coi governing your use of the 20coi platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and related services. By registering an account, accessing our website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

20coi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 👤Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 20coi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any winnings.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing any wager or conducting any financial transaction on the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from 20coi for violations of these terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and must not be acting on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from 20coi.

📝Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 20coi platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

During the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and address:

• A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months.
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used on the account, including mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank accounts linked to the profile.

💰Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

20coi supports a range of local payment methods to serve Bangladeshi players conveniently. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set by 20coi and may be updated without prior notice. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for depositing funds. 20coi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or methods not registered under your verified account profile.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the chosen payment method and any outstanding KYC requirements.
• 20coi does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. 20coi is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The use of the ৳ symbol throughout this platform refers exclusively to BDT amounts at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

🎁Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

20coi periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time of offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be exchanged, sold, or assigned to any other account or individual under any circumstances.
• 20coi reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend the terms of an active promotion, or void bonus credits if we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit a promotional offer unfairly.
• Free spin rewards are credited in denominations specified by the promotion and may only be used on the designated game or game category stated in the offer details. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

🚫Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 20coi platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or vulnerabilities, or using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any form of fraud or misrepresentation of identity or payment credentials.
• Opening multiple accounts, sharing account credentials with a third party, or transferring funds between accounts in violation of these terms.
• Engaging in aggressive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward 20coi staff, support agents, or other users of the platform through any communication channel.
